Mobile warning trailers are the ideal solution for traf c safety at short-term roadworks. Warning trailers with a sign height of 3,600mm are used on motorways and highways: this is our type AM (road sign Vz 616-30).
On main roads and in urban situations, i.e. on roads with oncoming traf c, the smaller version is used with a sign height of 2,500 mm: this is our type SM (road sign Vz 616-31). The signal patterns for both versions are identical, apart from the different dimensions and number of lamps.
The mobile warning trailers by Peter Berghaus GmbH are produced pursuant to the regulations of the StVZO, StVO, RSA, ZTV-SA and the Technical Delivery Conditions for Mobile Warning Trailers (TL Mobile Warning Trailers 97).
Equipped with BASt-tested Berghaus LED technology, all mobile warning trailers are equipped with a chassis approved up to 100km/h. The ex-works scope of supply already includes an exchangeable ball-type towing device and DIN eye for towing by cars or trucks.

Power is supplied by a 12V battery.
A blue arrow road sign 222-10/222-20 is accommodated
in the lower section, with electric arrow adjustment. It is possible to look through the blue arrow to observe the traffic up ahead. The four different signal patterns are selected from the towing vehicle using the supplied cable remote control. Radio remote control is also available as an option. The superstructure of the warning trailer is hot-dip galvanized.
Design with LED lamps as described above, but with large drive-on loading area (3,520 x 1,850 x 400 mm) as standard feature and motorised lifting of the upper section, operated by cable remote control from the towing vehicle. Radio remote control is also available as an option.
The large loading area is ideal for transporting an LED prewarner, such as our MV-LED. It is thus possible to bring mobile prewarner and mobile warning trailer to the roadworks with just one towing vehicle. The LED prewarner illustrated here does not belong to the scope of supply of AM 4 TL.
